"Palomino" is a song composed by series composer Tree Adams. It serves as the Middleman's unofficial theme song, and segments of it appear twice in the series:
- In "The Pilot Episode Sanction", the tune is played on the Middlemobile radio. The Middleman and Wendy Watson listen to it on the way to Andolini Social Club, until Wendy tells the Middleman to, "Cut the twang, Gomer."
- In "The Manicoid Teleportation Conundrum", the song is played when the Middleman vaporizes Dr. Gill with the Manicoids' spaceship, coming to Wendy's rescue.
