Count Manzeppi is a (possibly Italian) supervillain and player of Shiboomi. He was present at a game hosted at Lord Jeremiah Purcell's nefarious mansion before being stunned by the Middleman.
His weapons of choice are maces (one straight, one ball-and-chain).
